**Q: Can someone tell me the ingredients? Thank you.**
A: Per our bottle: Elderberry Extract 10:1 concentrate berries/fruit (sambucus nigra)    Other ingredients: cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and silica. Says it contains NO: sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, or preservatives. Vegetarian.

**Q: What is the size of the capsules?**
A: They are regular size capsules. One thing I didn't like was the serving size was listed as 1 capsule on the bottle, and the product page says 60 servings in a bottle... so I assumed one bottle would be a one month supply. But when it came, Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily. Which means it would really only last 20-30 days, and you'd have to remember to take it more than once a day!

**Q: How much vitamin c and iron does this have?**
A: It doesn't have Vitamin C or Iron. I suggest getting the syrup version as it does better than these pills do.

**Q: How many Carbohydrates are in it?**
A: It is not stated, but the product does not contain any sugar or preservatives.

I bought these as I have long used elderberry syrup to help combat colds. I thought it would be easier than lugging sticky syrup around when I felt a cold coming on. I work with the public, and am constantly exposed. Sure enough, a few weeks ago I started sneezing (I don't have allergies) and my throat was getting raspy. There had been quite a few people I was in contact with that were obviously sick. Ugh. I started taking the capsules immediately (I don't mess around) 2 every 4 hours, and when I got home I followed with zinc and vitamin C also every four hours. I was getting worse and by the evening my nose was running, my sinuses were clogged, my throat hurt and I couldn't stop sneezing. I felt awful. I kept with the regimen , took some night time cold med later when I was too miserable to sleep, and woke up the next morning with my symptoms gone. I mean gone. I was still feeling a bit fatigued, but the head cold was gone. So, this isn't the first time I've experienced this, as I said, I've always used elderberry SYRUP, zinc,+c in the past, but this was the first time I tried elderberry CAPSULES and they worked just as well. So I would highly recommend keeping these on hand. Good quality product, excellent price, easy to swallow and they do their job.
