The Mexican Oreregano was wonderful for my chicken for Taco's I also used it on my Rack of lamb and it was absolutely delicious I'm planning on trying on other meats and recipes.

Arrived as expected and in great condition. Smells amazing!

I am generally very pleased with this product but have one important issue: it contains too many strcks, stems, and other bits. The attached photo shows how many inedible objects I hand-sorted from just 1/2 cup of the oregano (the coin is there for scale). Actually, these bits are technically edible, but they add an unappetizing look and mouth-feel to your dish. To be fair, these bits will generally sift to the top of the bag with the fine mater settling to the bottom, so the upper 1/4 of the bag will contain the most inedible objects. However, if the bag had not settled after filling, all these objects would still be there, but would be better distributed within the total volume. This is not really helpful because you would still need to hand-sort these bits out when you were trying to add the oregano while cooking. So, 4 stars, with the other star subtracted for the sticks, stems, and other stuff that should not be included.

Wow, you get a good bit Mexican oregano, it does taste different from standard. I add it to Tex-Mex dishes. I may have to share with freinds.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose this for the pure size of the product. It arrived on time and as it looked on amazon. Highly recommend and will buy again.
