I’ve bought several of these types of kits in the past but this set is by far the best. The big plus with this kit is the storage box. I’m also pretty amazed that you can wind a full stain of thread this small. First thing I did was unwind one onto a bobbin to check and yes it is full sized. The colour selection is good for a small starter project. I liked it so much that I bought a second set. The kit comes with the threads in the bottom section and the tools in the top section (see photos). I like putting the project threads on bobbins and storing them in the top section (see photo). I have also included a photo of a small project that I’m using the thread on. Note that I was able to stitch all the black from one skein of black and still have some left over. The threads are labelled with the corresponding DMC number, which is a big plus. For the money this is amazing value.

I wanted something that would store away easily and this stacking embroidery kit is perfect. It has a small storage area in the lid, which I will probably store needles in use with thread in them. I love that it clips together securely and the two layers can be completely taken out for ease of use. Lots of coloured threads to choose from and compact scissors and varying width needles and thread cutter. It all clips into one small box to store away and takes up very little room in my storage unit. Great value for money and with next day delivery. I would highly recommend this little kit.

This is a lovely little kit with everything you would need for embroidery. The container itself is a pleasant surprise and comes apart in handy segments that you can stack how you like with the top being a place to store whatever you are currently using. This can easily be travel sized and to be quite frank I really like it.

I like the wide variety of colours and the compact design. Comes with plenty of needles, hem cutters. Now I have my own box for fashion emergencies.

The product came a lot smaller than expected but that’s user error for not reading the description. However it’s perfect for beginners with a lot of different threads and different types of needles. If you are purchasing consider a hoop unless you have already got one. Thanks

My wife wanted to get started with embroidery so I bought this kit. She's happy it has everything she'll need to get started. It also has all the colours anyone should ever need and is a perfect storage case to keep it all together and take with you if travelling.

The lid does not stay shut apart from that good

It will make a lovely Christmas present.
