Color Ultime 1.3 Black Cherry Hair Dye, Permanent Intense Black with Diamond Brilliance, Fade-Resistant, Covers Grays, All Hair Textures

This shade of black is beautiful. Its deep black with a light reddish tone. It’s really dark. If you are looking for a plum or more reddish tone this is not it. This is actually black. With just a light hint of red undertone. Perfect for what i was looking for. It looks lighter in the sun though.

this is really a jet black, but in the sun, there is a red undertone and it is so pretty. in certain lighting you can definitely tell that there is a red tone. I am naturally brunette and I was always doing a neutral black or blue black but this color is definitely gonna be my new shade of black that I do from now on.

I get so many compliments on my hair color! Covers the Grays perfectly adds a bit of dimension to the black cherry color and looks amazing. My new favorite!

I tried this dye in black cherry after my beloved L’Oréal Extreme Dark Red Brown BR1 was discontinued. Overall this is the closest match I can find to my usual color. The product goes on easily and has good gray coverage. My only complaint is that it does fade a little faster than I’d like. I thought it was a little weird that gloves weren’t included since it’s a box dye but it wasn’t a big deal for me since I have plenty on hand from years of using a salon color. I’ll keep hunting for a perfect replacement for my favorite L’Oréal color but this will be my go to color in the meantime.

Great dark color… isn’t jet black, but very dark with red undertones that you tend to see better in the sun. I get so many compliments, even from salons. If you have stubborn grays like me, this works amazing. I have tried many professional colors specific for stubborn grays that have washed off, this doesn’t… even with time. When you first dye it, the color will take about 4-5 shampoos after that day to run completely clear. The red seems to washout in the shampoo but not noticeable to the actual color on your hair. I mention this so you arent alarmed when you see some light red on your towels and dont use your good towels on it. No complaints bc the color is impressive and lasts. I do my roots every 6-8 weeks and run it through to the ends every other time I dye roots. This brand is amazing if you are looking for an at home color kit. Amazing shine too!!

Schwarzkopf has very good products. This is the second kind: Black Cherry 1.3 that i tried. The colorant stayed beautiful for a long time using only touch-up for 6 months. Extremely satisfied. I don't want to use any other kinds.

Loved the colour was very beautiful came quick but unfortunately the package was opened I say on way here and box was damaged but nothing inside it was broken so all was good

I over stayed the time on the box so for a few days it was quite black. I did washed it every day for about a week because the red color seems to keep wash out. It's definitely a bright red shade in the sun, and dark in the shade

The color is black purple red, I really recommend this color. P2 is the color of my hair before I dye.
