Great and quick to use.
Love these ice packs great to take with you on the go. No need for a cooler. They are perfect to put in your purse or first aid kit for quick use. They form easily around wrist and ankles while holding it. They have no smell, no mess. Thin but convenient

Work like a charm when you need them the most
My cousin was traveling to Paris with a bad knee and needed to ice her knee at night. These fit nicely in her luggage and worked perfectly to ice her knee.

Great for first aid kit
These are perfect to have. With girls softball season and minor injuries happening its great to have in the first aid kits for emergencies. Anytime we use one from the kit we can replace it!

They are perfectly adequate
These are fine. They work immediately upon breaking/mixing and last about 20-30 minutes. They are not very cold but do their job. I bought them to put in my response kit for when I have attacks/flare-ups related to some disorders/disabilities that I live with for times when I’m out of my house and have an issue, so they are not something I use regularly. I could see that they would work well for kids who fell down or as a temporary thing but I think if you are looking for cold enough to really bring swelling down you might need a bit more. Good for a small boo-boo or ok for those of us with Mast Cell Attacks, Migraines, etc. for a temporary solution.

Box clearly says 24 on the box but only had 18 in the box. Very disappointed.

It's so-so
Needed instant cold packs to ice foot swelling as I don't have ice readily available to use for an ice pack. Thought these were value but I guess the cheaper price is from the formulation? It does become cold quickly but it also degrades quickly, temp only lasted a few minutes. I'm not sure if it was 10 minutes at best, was certainly shorter than that. I don't know how other people are getting the 15 mins time or even the 20-30 mins that someone said unless the formulation for the ingredients was different for the endothermic reaction from what is currently being used. I will keep the 24 pack box that I ordered to just use multiple packs to get the longer time for icing sessions but will look elsewhere for better instant cold packs.
