Comfortable to lay on
This is an amazing piece of kit. Makes working out a pleasure. I was impressed at the difference to my workouts a decent floor mat would make. It gives plenty of room to exercise on but at the same time, it can be folded up into a small size for storage.

Fab mat for under treadmill

not as thick as i thought it was going to be
not sure what i expected from this, i live in a flat so bought this to soften the noise i would be inflicting on the people below (my family) and the neighbours either side of me, but i don't think this dampens any noise.It catches sweat and fits nicely under the turbo trainer, which means i'm not damaging the carpet, but if you are looking for noise dampening, i couldn't recommend this.
