Wistwoxxon Cat Water Fountain, Automatic Ceramic Drinking Fountain for Cat Dog,Electric Pet Water Dispenser with Quiet Pump(White)

Well my ferret doesn't like it for drinking out of, but it's a lovely little accent piece especially when surrounded by all my plants. The pump is really much better than I expected after reading some reviews. The fountain has gotten pretty low a couple times and all I've gotta do is to it off to get it flowing again. It does require a little water daily in my desert climate but most things do in Vegas, so I don't consider that a problem. A good buy, in my opinion.

Very attractive small fountain. Worked for about five minutes and then quit. Never to bubble again. Difficult to troubleshoot since the whole package was written in Chinese. I will be returning this item.

The box inside the Amazon box was ripped, dented, smashed. They sent the wrong fountain (didn't match the order and the picture on the box didn't match the order OR the fountain in the box) no instructions for the fountain recieved and the instructions on the box were not in English (no English anywhere) but I was able to figure it out for the fountain recieved and it works very quietly even though the top of the fountain sits on a base obviously not made for it so there is gaps. My cat likes it though and that is most important so I am not going to return it

SO CUTE AND CATS ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! THEIR HEALTH AND BEHAVIOR ARE SO MUCH BETTER, TOO! I HAVE 3 CATS, SO I HAVE TO REFILL IT ABOUT EVERY 2 DAYS. IT IS SLIGHTLY CUMBERSOME TO LIFT THE TOP, SINCE IT IS ATTACHED TO THE PUMP / FILTER, AND EVERYTHING COMES OUT WHEN YOU LIFT IT. SO, I JUST USE A PITCHER TO POOR WATER RIGHT OVER THE TOP, SLOWLY, TO FILL IT. EVERY TWO WEEKS OR SO, I DISASSEMBLE IT TO CLEAN THE INSIDE BOWL / FILTER. I FOUND IT WAS BETTER TO PUT IT AWAY FROM THEIR FOOD BOWL, TO KEEP THEM FROM DROPPING FOOD INTO IT, WHICH MADE A MESS. NOW IT STAYS CLEAN. IT LOOKS REALLY CUTE NEXT TO SOME CAT-SAFE HOUSEPLANTS, AND MAKES IT EASY TO WATER THE PLANTS AT THE SAME TIME I FILL THE CAT-WATERER. I LIKE IT!

It’s a bitch to clean

There’s no directs so I did my bet putting it together. My cat was to afraid to drink from it but the reason for only one star is because it worked for a week and I unplugged it to wipe down and change water and i turned it back on an only worked for 1-2 minutes before it stopped working.

It took about 10 minutes to clean and set up. And then it took maybe another 15 minutes for my cats to understand that was their new water bowl. But I've had it for a few days, and they seem to love it.

After finally figuring out how to assemble - there were no instructions - the pump worked beautifully for about 6 hours. After that, the motor ran, but no water would pump through. I ended up buying another pump because I like the dish itself - less quiet, at least the water pumps through.
