I wish I knew about cupping therapy long before now. I think back to all the times I could have used it instead of alternative treatments that were too invasive, expensive and/or just completely ineffective. As soon as I got home from PT, I began my research to first find out if cupping was something that I could safely do at home on my own and whether or not there were enough reputable online sources that would teach me how to properly, safely and effectively use the cups- specifically for scar tissue in the knees. This cupping therapy set has been a game changer for my shoulder pain. I’ve tried different things over the years, but this is one of the few products that actually gives me real relief. This is easy to use for self cupping. The hard case is great to keep everything organized, each cup stores individually and pretty good quality cups. So far happy with the purchase and been using it for few time. It comes with 2 pumps which is awesome.

Cupping set has worked well for me (ordered in 2021 and have 3.5 years of use). It quickly helps to relieve tension, especially in upper and lower back, with improvement in just 7-10 minutes after placement. The quick release for the pressure is nice and has worked well. The magnetic acupressure pieces offer a guide for how much relative pressure has been applied and may be providing additional benefits though that part I can't be sure of as i rarely use the cups without them. I have also used the cups for what I call 'glide cupping' where, after suction is applied, I slide the cup across the skin which provides an effect truly similar to a deep tissue massage. The case is also quite sturdy which is good for quick transport without concern if you're a little rough on it though it is a little bulky. Overall, quite happy with the purchase and if/when the cups begin to fail, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Well, thought-out kit. Nice case, hose quality could be better, but it works as described. Would love to be able to buy additional cups. Customer support is top-notch.

I recently bought this vacuum cupping set, and after using it a few times, I'm really impressed. The vacuum design is much safer than traditional fire cupping, and since there's no need for a fire, it's easy to use on your own. The suction is adjustable, so I use the large cupping cup for my back and the small cupping cup for my shoulders and neck. I've noticed a noticeable improvement in my blood circulation, and afterward, I feel warm and relaxed.

I had been looking for really good quality cupping therapy set... These are them. You can register your cup set for warranty. They come in a nice box and they all stay organized. They give you a longer tube so you can put them on by yourself. And the kits comes with two suction guns. They are super easy to use and the pain relief is instant. If you don't know much about the benefits of cupping you should do some research. I have had an acupuncturist do cupping therapy on me and a chiropractor. Everytime I get a treatment with the cups I feel 100% better. These cups are not glass they are some quality plastic. I've used them probably 15 times since I've received them and haven't had a problem. I'm happy with them and happy to be pain free. Oh they also come with magnets... I've used them a few times and they do help. Again you might want to look at the benefits of magnets... If you have never experienced cupping don't put all of them on the first time and don't puts three pumps on the cups either. Try one pump for a few seconds. If it feels good try one more pump. They also come with directions. Hope all this helps and hopefully they will give you relief from your muscle pain.
