Inversion Sling - Original GravoTonics Yoga Swing (Teal) + Yoga Back DVD

I absolutely love this Yoga Swing. It is sturdy and the workout I get is amazing. At first it was super hard as I was using muscles I didn't even know were there. I purchased a chin up bar to hook it up to for the winter months. I use it in my garage and it is the optimum amount of space to do all the workouts. In the warmer weather I will hook it up to a tree in my yard. It arrived fast and as described. I look forward to years of use. Most important to me are the cushioned handles. There is no uncomfortable strain and they enhance the leg exercises. I also love the Teal color and it looks just like the picture. The fabric is stiff but I kind of like that about it as I feel supported. That may be just me though. If you want something with more give than this may not be the Yoga Sling you want.

Quality product. Only issue is the DVD that comes with it sucks. One would think the DVD would be related to the swing but it's just a DVD for back pain yoga techniques with no mention or use of the swing.... odd. Besides that the swing is sweet.

I purchased this after having attended many aerial yoga class. The product arrived when I was away. When I returned and set it up, I was very disappointed. First, the material has absolutely NO give. Most aerial yoga slings have a small percentage of give in the fabric. As this product has none, even a simple maneuver like an inversion becomes painful as the stiff fabric digs in (specifically to the front of the thighs). I've ended up with a few serious lines of bruising from this swing - enough that I don't even use it any more and I do know what I am doing. In addition, this is NOT A STANDARD size aerial yoga swing. It's considerably smaller, so many of the poses that I was striving to achieve cannot be done with this swing.It's my fault for being away when it arrived and missing the return window, but in the end I'm out $100 for an item that will end up in a garage sale because it is not at all what it claims to be.

I like this product, but some things I don't like. I don't think that some of the mounting instructions are safe. My husband and I took extra measures to ensure that it will stay more secure since I had to mount it into my ceiling in my basement. We felt the floor joists would be more solid. Also, the fabric is very slippery and somewhat bulky, although it is good material. I'm used to silks from my antigravity yoga class that are more stretchy and moveable. Also, the metal clasp on the fabric wasn't a carabiner but rather a figure 8 looped metal ring which was disappointing to me.Overall, I do prefer this over one of those bulky inversion tables. I decided to not use the handles because there are no instructions on how to use them and they get in the way anyhow. It would've been nice for the price to at least get some ideas with the packet. I wanted an inversion device but the tables are big, bulky, and expensive.The Inversion Sling was the perfect answer. It is light weight, stows into a small pouch, handy and easy to use. It requires no space when not in use. I installed it from the basement rafters in minutes with no tools or skills required. With each inversion I get a small adjustment in my back - my intended purpose.Next is to take some swing inversion classes and learn to really have fun!I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an inversion device, but has no space, no money, and no assembly skills. AND it is pretty!

Love love love! I have an inversion table, but I like this much more. There are so many ways to stretch using the sling, and I truly love just being in a cocoon and relaxing after stretching. I have RA and the inversion table really hurt my ankles... All my weight pulling on my ankles is no good. With the sling I can change things around until I am comfortable, and it is more supportive without restricting the stretch in any way.

Received very quickly, comes packaged in a convenient carry bag as well. Setup is easy, just be sure to have a pull-up bar or available ceiling height for mounting. You'll want good clearance for regular use.Construction is sturdy, doesn't feel weak or flimsy, the material of the sling is parachute like and the straps are heavy duty nylon.Would recommend to others looking to get into Yoga with a Swing!!

It's great, but one side the loop ripped when my 140 lb son was using it. Glad no one in my family is over 200 lbs.
