Worcestershire is a goto in a wide variety of dishes I prepare for home and public meals. Until recently liquid Worcestershire has been the only option for my prep and it requires special attention to keep it from burning. This Worcestershire sauce powder tastes exactly like liquid but can be mixed in the seasoning at the beginning of prep to raise the flavor profile before the food hits the fire. It is now an important spice on my shelf. Great product! Will definitely buy again!

Great Flavor
Great spice. Unique taste and Flavor. I love using it on Meats, potatoes, pasta and it is great on steaks and chicken! I would gladly buy again. I recommend this product!

Worcestershire Sauce Powder - 4 oz.
Nice flavoring for my Powder meat rub that I put together so I have low salt seasoning. It does have a bit of salty Worcestershire taste so I don't add any more salt to my seasonings (helps to keep the swelling down in my lower legs). Works well for us to keep salt lower in our umm older years and still enjoy flavors, ha.

Great to get Worcestershire flavor as dry rub & for backpacking seasoning... with caveat.
This tastes just like Worcestershire sauce. The two uses I intended for the powder was when I wanted to get the flavor in a dry rub and as non liquid seasoning for backpack cooking... and it's perfect for those with one caveat...The powder is VERY hygroscopic. Meaning it soaks up moisture from the air. I portioned out some to use and put it in a leftover plastic spice shaker. Eventually it got too clumpy to shake. Then it turned into what could best be described as Worcestershire hard candy. If you like Worcestershire as much as I, that might sound great, but it is really salty and if you let it harden in a jar you aren't getting the clump out without dissolving.A glass jar might have been better and from now on I'll put some rice or other moisture absorber into the jar.

A must have seasoning
This stuff is amazing. I've been creating my own spice blends for years now. As a BBQ enthusiast I especially like creating my own dry rubs for pork, beef and poultry. I wanted to do something different for beef this season and when I found this product I knew I had to have it on my spice rack. From the first time I used it I was hooked. The flavor that it adds to food is only shadowed by the flavors it brings out in the food itself. I haven't used it by itself, just in blends. It's great on all sorts of foods from meat to veggies, to potatoes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to kick up a good recipe.One word of caution: Make sure the container you put it in air tight. Open it only to get whet you need and seal it up again. It doesn't take a lot of moisture in the air to turn this stuff into a brick. Oh, and don't stick your nose in the jar. This stuff is potent :-)

Arrived as a rock, not a powder.
I'm in south America in a small village and occasionally have products "muled" in. This sounded like a great idea. Maybe I make when needed, right? Or use as seasoning when cooking. But it arrived as a solid and I had to dissolve it with boiling water. Now it's in my fridge taking up space. But it tastes great. It does taste great.
