Is this headset compatible with Zoom?

Any headset that is compatible with your computer should be compatible with Zoom. The application does not care about the interface device - if the computer designates a microphone and speakers, Zoom, Skype, Teams, WebEx, etc. will all use it with your permission. Buy with confidence, I use mine for WebEx, Zoom, and plethora other meeting platforms.

Does the mic fully rotate/swivel so it can be used on both the right or left? Or, is it stuck in one position?

It moves up and down but not left to right, however you can swing it all the way around and wear on the opposite ears to use on the left side. Actually works very good and I would highly recommend it.
