Could this be used for a cold brew?

I take the made up coffee (2tbsp steeper in 300ml off the boil water for 4-5 minutes in a cafetiere then plunged) blended with 1 tablespoon of C8 MCT Oil and one tablespoon of grass fed butter (kerrygold) to power through my workout. You can go harder and longer and lift more weights. Just wait about 15 minutes to kick in. It’s a super clean pre workout drink packed with caffeine. WARNING - ITS OVER DOUBLE THE CAFFEINE OF NORMAL COFFEE.

Never bought or used Ghee. What does it do to this coffee when added ?

If you’re in ketosis, ghee will provide you with fast energy. It’s like a sugar rush as it increases ketone bodies very quickly. In terms of taste you’ll have to try for yourself, I found that blending the coffee helps homogenisation and supposedly absorption. If you’re not in ketosis I wouldn’t bother as you won’t feel any effects
