Excellent quality but needs a bit more flavor
I am a chamomile tea addict (every night before bed) and while this tea is good very good quality, it doesn't have a whole lot of flavor. I like to mix it with another bag of honey vanilla chamomile and it makes it really good that way

Honestly this knocked me out and I had a great night sleep. Make sure to drink plenty of water and it works great!

Works to shut off my brain.
This tea really works for me. I make a cup about 1 hour before my bedtime and drink about 1/2 to 2/3 of the cup. I save the rest for when I awaken for the bathroom during the night and generally puts me back to sleep in 10-15 minutes.
