I have one large bathroom window that receives a lot of light in the early afternoon which made the the room very warm. I installed the film and the heat was reduced by ~70%. I does reduce the light a little bit during the day but not too noticeably. One caution.... make sure the work area and the window is absolutely free of small particles of dust, dirt and hair because once that gets trapped between the window and the film, it's almost impossible to remove.

So far, so good. It's been 3 days and it's still on the door window. It definitely keeps the door window cooler - we have an arched scroll work iron door so was a bit tricky to cut around the arch. I attempted to do this alone but alas I had to ask my husband to assist (which I dread. lol) Between the 2 of us we were able to get it on the window with a bit of struggling. I simply can't imagine one person being able to do this alone. I did watch several different u-tube videos ahead of time so that was a big help. At least I had better insight into the task ahead. If I had more than just the one window to do I would have hired someone to come out and install tint on the window but was hard to justify the cost as we only needed the one door window done. We have sun screens on all of our other windows around the home. I was thinking of taking it down after summer so as to let the warmth in during the winter months but if this holds up I will just keep it on as it does not impair the view as much as I thought it would. Overall, I'm happy with the item.

Great and easy to apply! I have to get more for my other windows.Note: Only effective during the day time. At night you can see right through.

We have a four seasons porch with an insulated door that has double paned glass in it. This summer I noticed that the sun coming in on the carpet measured 104 degrees. After installing this product the temperature dropped down to 84 degrees (this was only 4 degrees above the room temperature. It is not a crystal clear product, but suited our needs. Cats were not too sure about the mirror effect on the outside, but they got used to it.

I noticed that the house doesn’t get as hot as it normally does in the summer , add some privacy and it’s a great buy !

This product really works. Solved our problem with the neighbors. I would recommend it. I didn't rate it for removal because it's still up.

Just as described. Very easy to install. Mirrored aspect looks great. Love the added benefit of the room not warming up so much from the direct sunlight. Only wish they included the little tool to cut the edging off that other kits have included. But other then that, no complaints at all

Terrible product! It doesn’t even stick. I cleaned the heck out of my window and nothing. There is no adhesive. I had to us tape to keep it up. Do not buy this
