Or does it do 3 times 4 times and all the way up to 12 times?** A: Yes it’s only 2 5 and 10 which is the first tables my granddaughter was taught in Year 1. She found the game fun and gave her an awareness of the times tables. **Q: Would this be ok for a 5 year old? Or perhaps too early?** A: It's quite hard to say as it depends how keen the child is to learn maths. I bought it for my grandson for his 7th birthday as he loves anything to do with numbers and was learning multiplication at school.
