How do I keep the strap from slipping off after wrapping?

Wrap the area with the band at no more than 50% tension and about a 50% overlap. Aim to wrap the band a few to several inches above and below the muscle or joint. You will tuck the end of the band into the wrapped band.

What is the difference between the set with two black bands, and the set with one black and one red?

The difference is thickness. The black band is slightly thinner and provides regular compression. The red band is thicker, providing greater compression for athletes with larger muscles or those who require deeper training.

What is the material of this floss band?

The floss band is made of high-quality natural latex, if you are allergic to latex, please purchase and use this product with caution.

Can it be used for physical therapy?

Definitely yes. It delivers targeted compression to loosen tight fascia, ease joint stiffness and swelling, break down soft tissue adhesions, and restore normal movement range for injured knees, elbows, ankles and shoulders.

Does it come with a carrying case?

Yes. The small bag takes up barely any space, easy to place in your pocket, gym bag or backpack for workouts, trips and outdoor activities anytime you need it.
