Sun's 13 Feet Boundary Strip Magnetic Markers Compatible with Neato | Shark Ion | Xiaomi Roborock | Eufy RoboVac | Deenkee DK700 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

I was hoping that this magnetic strip would work to keep my Eufy 11S vacuum cleaner from getting stuck under the refrigerator and from going other places I didn't want it to go. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all to keep those things from happening. Hopes dashed!

Works great with my Neato D3.This seems to work very well at keeping the botvac contained in certain areas, or keeping it out of places where you don't want it to go.I have a strip under my desk to keep the vac away from computer related cords along the wall.I have another strip cut to place in front of open doorways so that I can do just one room at I time if I want.The only caution I can state is that it may at times be helpful to temporarily tape down the strip to keep it in place. Easily removable painters tape does the trick.It is nice that this product is less expensive that what Neato sells.

This is thicker than the mag strip supplied with the Powerbot, but frankly, the strip included by Samsung is worthless. It's only 3 feet long.This one is confirmed to work with the R9350. It will *not* work if your powerbot is lacking the mag sensor...ie: the 7000 series.Note that the bot senses a specific polarity, so you will need to test the strip first to determine which side to lay on the floor. Basically, lay the strip down flat, try to route your Powerbot over the strip and if it succeeds, then just flip the strip over to the opposite side. Easy peasy.I have this under a high loom rug that I don't want the bot to access. Holding this to the rug is some rug tape, also purchased on Amazon, as there is no adhesive on the strip. This tape actually DOES work on the Xiaomi Mirobot 1st gen, but you need to make sure that the raised side is the side facing up. It will NOT work upside-down.The main issue is mostly with the fact of it being rolled-up like tape, because this causes the strips to adopt a curvature that makes it hard to keep them flat on the ground without using adhesive (bad idea on carpet) or using heavy furniture on the ends to hold it down. It naturally wants to curl at the edges. Keep that in-mind when deciding where to place it.Other than that, it does indeed work.

This magnetic ribbon works well as a barrier for the neato robotic vacuum cleaner. The biggest issue is that it wants to curl up on the ends. I did follow the directions and recoiled the tape the opposite way overnight but it still want to curl. I suspect putting it out in the sun to warm up may help, but I haven't yet done that. I have white floors so once the tape lays flat I will probably spray paint it so that it is not so visible. I tried to put a border around a small rug but I think the barrier will have to be too far away from the rug to work properly, now i just have to remember to pick up the rug on the days the schedule runs.

Worked perfectly for my Neato botvac. I have a shag in my living room the vacuum tends to get stuck on, so I used this to line the rug and keep the vacuum off of it and it works great. Now, the strength of the magnet isn't perfect. I first wanted it to go under the edge of the rug, but that didn't work. So I had to find a way to tape it where it was sticking out from under the edge of the rug and the vacuum could recognize it there. So almosttt perfect. I wish it was just a little stronger so I could have it under a rug and have the vacuum read it from there.

Well, you need to buy this product. I cut one for my hallway entrance (to block the dining room being cleaned) , one for the kitchen entrance (I prefer to sweep and mop it) , and one to put behind my tv chair so it wouldn't get stuck back there, and go in circles forever (haha). You can cut them 6 or so inches shorter than the door entrance and they still work fine. I still want to glue the cut sections to pieces of thin molding and then I can pick them up when they are not needed, and store them behind a door, or in the closet. Don't like the sections to be on floor when they are not needed. I don't run the Neato every day.

As others have said this works as a xiaomi vacuum invisible wall. One thing to note is that the robot will try to clean alongside the wall, meaning it’s wheels will go over the barrier by about two inches which is important if you’re putting the barrier on the edge of the stairs for example. I would place it so that the wheels stay on the surface with the middle of the robot right over the tape and the wheels off to the side. Would have saved me the hassle of nailing the tape to my floor twice if I knew...

I tested this with the Worx Landroid Robotic Lawn Mower Off-Limits module and it works. You can bury the magnetic tape with the edge vertical just below the soil surface and it will cause the lawn mower to turn away. It is less expensive than buying additional magnetic strip for the mower.

This is working very well with my "D5 Connected".I have an old, deaf dog who can't hear the vacuum coming to get out of the way - with this extra tape I can create boundaries as needed to keep the Neato from running into her while she is asleep and startling her. Odd use, I know, but it works.

Does not work with my eufy 25C. Will find some other use for the tape.

Compatible with Kyvol vaccum, good quality with low price.
