Will this be suitable for a vaxhall corsa e 2019? an will the connection fit the valve?

Your under bonnet sticker will tell what refrigerant it uses. R1234YF, most likely. If yes, then its suitable

When I checked the pressure in my car was just above 0, do I need to put the yellow can that stops the leaks or should I use the purple one straighta?

Yellow can first, then check the pressure, if still low add the purple can, don’t forget to shake the can first.

Will this be suitable for my jaguar XF 2016

You’ll need to check if this is the correct type of gas?… this is R1234YF, it probably is but you’ll need to check. Usually a sticker or plate around the engine bay somewhere stating gas type.

Does this can screw on the adapter in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction. In other words can the R1234yf and R134a fit the same recharge tap ?

Yes but the adapters ae different on the other side , so it will not attach to the L side of your AC
