This is my first product review -- because I absolutely felt compelled to recommend this quality business and product. I have ordered this product now twice because I really don't want to be without it in my pantry. I use the cauliflower powder to make keto crackers -- and my whole family is addicted to them! The powder lends an incredible depth of flavor to the crackers and is the perfect healthy, lower-carb, gluten-free substitute for flour. While right now I have only been making the savory cracker recipe, I want to experiment with some other recipes. It is a little pricey, but I can understand what goes into making this powder and why it is priced this way. And, the service has been great! I got my bag quickly after ordering and it comes in excellent condition. Iya -- please keep doing what you are doing!!!

The flavor is very good,mix with other saute veggies to create a keto gravy. I like this product because there are no other ingredients. The price is great also.

It’s just ok. Not bad but not great either. It does cause recipes with it in it to brown more. It did trigger my histamine intolerance with only 2 Tbls. So I will stick with cassava, almond, coconut and chestnut flours instead. I guess if your watching your grain intake and want gluten free then this could work for you.
