Protein Works | Loaded Protein Pancakes - Gold, Cookies 'n' Cream, 1kg

So I got this on the Black Friday deal which worked our to be around £12 for 1 kilo which turned out to be great value as they are easy to make, taste delicious (especially with added peanut butter on top) they are very filling and aren't too difficult to make. Ordered more before the sale price finishes. At regular price I'd probably still buy but it would be a more difficult decision as I'm not sure it's brilliant value anymore

Easy to make, tasty and good protein/nutritional content. Tick my boxes. Will definitely buy again. Just a little dry, however a bit of fruit or honey drizzle sorts that. I made with 150ml of milk. Ideally make within a couple of mins of mixing as it thickens quite quickly.

Edited to update - I weighed one scoop it was 45g. Serving size is two scoops and is meant to be 60g, two scoops is actually 90g. Not great when you’re tracking calories and macros. Mostly impressed, think the flavour could be a little better but the serving size for the calories and macros is immense. Made 3 pretty large american style pancakes, only just fit them in a large frying pan. I think two scoops is prob a bit much for me, they’re definitely filling. Good texture, went well with some zero cal syrup and a bit of PB powder made into a sauce.

Unlike most protein pancakes these cook brilliantly and don’t become rubbery. I’ll be buying these again! Kept me full past lunchtime and fuelled my workout nicely

I have had these as a weekly sweet treat for the last 2 - 3 years and I love the texture/taste. My directions to make perfect pancakes is: Use an electric whisk to add air to make this mixture more fluffy: 2 scoops (90g) of the pancake mix 130ml water 0.5 tsp baking powder (to help it rise more) 20ml Skyr vanilla yoghurt Add this mixture to a preheated pan on low to medium heat and add: 0.5 cup blueberries (spaced out) Once all plated up then add the following to decorate it: 30g Halo top cookie dough ice cream 25ml zero cal golden syrup 20g light dairy squirty cream Macros for my pancakes are: 490 cals 63g carbs 7.4g fat 43.3g protein ENJOY!!!

Doesn't taste great but works

Io ho acquistato la confezione da 1kg di panna e biscotti, conclusioni: -Le porzioni consigliate sono da 60g ciascuna, per un totale di 18 pasti totali, quindi ogni colazione costerà circa 1 euro l'una. Per me ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. -Il sapore non è male, anzi piuttosto delicato, i pancake vengono un po' asciutti e pastosi, con un leggero retrogusto che mi ricordano le classiche proteine whey in polvere, se abbinati ad un po' di sciroppo d'acero o ciò che preferite vengono più che bene. -La sazietà viene rispettata, già a metà iniziavo a sentirmi pieno, quindi considerando le calorie assunte direi prova superata. Non mi ritrovo a metà mattinata con voglie di cibo. Nel complesso hanno superato le mie aspettative, penso sperimenterò altri loro gusti e prodotti. Consigliati!!

taste is really good even with water instead of milk, super easy to make. macros are a little more balanced than other options i've tried - more carbs than bodylab protein pancakes for example. totally recommend both chocolate chip and cookies and cream flavour! just make sure to cook on medium to low heat or you'll burn the chocolate bits
