Very nice syrup. Not overly sweet and it doesn’t taste fake! I have used this in my tea - trying to mimic the drinks you get from popular shops! Cheap when compared to those drinks too, so added bonus. I have also used this on my yoghurt to give it a twist alongside some granola and fruit. I have also tried the vanilla and the caramel flavours too - all just as good. It tastes just as sweet as sugar but has less calories and has a great flavour. What’s not to love??

The taste of ginger isn't quite as strong as I'd like, but still very pleasant on pancakes and in drinks. The syrup is nicely viscous but still pours well.

It tastes nice but depending on what you use it in, it's not very strong. You have to use quite a bit to made a dent in any sort of cream based drinks. I got mine to prototype a christmas cocktail and planned to dry shake it into some cream to make a lightly whipped gingerbread cream for the top of a white russian. However, it will just not dissolve into the cream no matter how much it is mixed. I'm sure if you put it in a hot drink it would work nicely but for my purposes I'm going to have to water it down to make it mix. I'd rather not do this however as compared to Monin, which I have at work, it's very wear tasting already.

I love putting this in my coffee! No weird aftertaste and the gingerbread flavor comes through nicely.

Delicious syrup with lots of true flavour. Have used it for various desserts, particularly ice cream.
