6 Month update…I’ve been taking these every day for six months now and I feel the difference. For the record I also take a daily vitamin D3 which is a vital part of my supplements.These vitamins C have improved immune system and I have had other benefits from the addition of the Rosehip. Rosehip has been found to lower blood sugars *in early stage testing* along with reduced inflammation and as a potential treatment for atherosclerosis. Information source: WebMD. I have monitored my blood sugar and it has lowered. I’m unsure if it’s the Rosehip in these vitamins but I know for certain that I want to include Rosehip into my supplements as the potential benefits could be life changing.I have had no problems whatsoever taking these and they taste nice as Rosehip has a natural fruity taste. I will definitely be purchasing more of these and I’ll keep you updated.***Please keep in mind that if you take other medications, you may want to ask your healthcare professional if these are suitable.***Large amounts of vitamin C can interfere with blood thinning medications, so please take professional advice before taking any new supplements. They are easy to swallow and I’ve only had positive results. My immune system is in better working order than my family and friends who don’t take these. As people have always said stuff that doesn't taste good is good for you and these are no exception they're big and they taste horrible if you don't swallow them fast enough.However, they work, I'm hardly ever ill combined with exercise and when I do get ill the time it takes for me to recover is insane before using these I'd be ill weeks at a time but with these a common flu or cold will only last a few days or a week instead of several

I write 3 stars because the Tablets are good, however they are huge and even for me hard to swallow. Would be easier when a soft gel. But they are hard.
