I'm new to beekeeping. This book has great advice about keeping bees in a more natural way. Not a how to guide for the bees themselves, but more of a guide to improve what we are already doing. Thank you Dr. Leo!

Must get for any aspiring bee keeper.

Great book. Full Of information for treatment free bee keeping.

As a pre-bee Newbee, this book has really made me see there is a better option to keeping bees. When I think of the commercial out of state bee providers of the packages and nucs, it's clear to me there are more thing$$$ they are concerned with instead of the bees. We can see this with humans too. Just feed them sugar as conveniently as possible and they too don't want to work for anything. I feel better equipped to how I want to teach my kids beekeeping should be. Treatment free and sugar free as well.

Worth getting for sure

If you really want to learn about horizontal hives such as the Layens, and Lazutin, then this book is for you. It also is a staunch proponent for natural beekeeping. While the author primarily focuses on the Layens and Lazutin, the information provided regarding horizontal hives is also applicable to 'Long Langstroth' horizontal hives. Another great translation by Dr. leo.

Very informative and good book. The book did come bent. Not packed good enough

I bought this at the recommendation of Dr. Leos multiple videos. He did a good job keeping the phrasing in a natural flow as a native speaker would do. I have enjoyed it very much, except it focus on a bigger hive than the Layens.
