The best. Great taste and excellent or cooking. I also use Fillip Berio extra virgin. I grew up on this stuff; my NYC=Italian Mom used it all the time in the big tins. I've tried other oils imported from Italy, Spain etc....yet I still like Fillipo Berio the best. Both extra virgin and classic olive oil . ~DM
