Everything nail clippers should be: SHARP-SHARP. Great leverage. Non-slip lever. Even the swivel head comes in handy. My only complaint is that the swivel head is a tad too loose—it very occasionally moves when I don’t want it to. First problem: I’d really like another set or two of fingernail clippers, but I can only find the fingernail-and-toenail set. If they sold a set of two fingernail clippers, that would be ideal. I’d buy two or three sets and put clippers in my bathroom and bedroom, in each of my RTG bags (business or vacation/in-laws bags), and in my work backpack (maybe even one at my desk). Then I’d give two to my wife for her nightstand and travel kit. I need only two toenail clippers for the whole family. Okay, I guess that comes to four sets (double packs of fingernail clippers). Second problem: they’ve been out of stock for months.

I just used the larger clippers in this set on my fingernails and was delighted to find that they not only clipped cleanly and easily but also that the clippings dropped straight down, which made clean-up unnecessary; I just clipped over a wastebasket. (My usual clippers send nails flying.) I found the rotating feature somewhat unnecessary EXCEPT in the case of one finger which, due to an injury, is bent in such a way as to make clipping its nail rather a trial. With the rotating feature, however, it was a breeze -- yay! As I have yet to try these out on my toenails, I can't speak to how well they will work on larger, tougher nails, but I suspect that they will facilitate dealing with some of the smaller toenails, especially since they rotate. Just a comment on the smaller pair of clippers: I have small hands, so I started to use them at first, but they appear to be for infants and children. They have a small accompanying nail file within its own safely embedded "pocket" (pushing a latch releases it), a feature which the larger clippers do not have. BOTTOM LINE: This pair of clippers is ideal (a) if you need some good nail clippers, especially if you have children, or (b) if you have hard-to-access nails to trim.

These clippers come with both the nail and the toenail clipper, they're easy to hold and press down and swivel the head so you don't have to twist your hand. I also like that the jaws open wider because my toenails are thick. the clippers are very sharp and cuts easily. It didn't give it five stars because the description says it has its own container for the nail clippings to go into automatically but that is not true. There's nothing to catch the nail clippings or anywhere that there could be one attached. I thought I was missing it so sent it back but got the same clippers .... they are great, just pick up your clippings.

Nice to hold and easy to use but the black plastic part broke in less than 1 yr of purchase when my 12 yr old tried to cut his nails. There is no way to fix it. Sharp cutters but poorly constructed. Edited Contacted manufacturer and they sent a new clipper within a week. I might have been disappointed that the clipper broke but got to give kiddos for the company’s customer service. The Steinder® 360 Rotation Nail Clippers Set was reasonably priced and best of all they are both very sharp and easy to use. I have arthurites in my hands and have trouble holding silverware, so the rotating clippers are much easier for me to hold and use on both my fingernails and my toenails. My husband has been using them too and says he thinks they are the best pair of clippers he has ever used and I agree00

EXCELLENT! Sturdy, Sharp, Easy to use! PRO- This is made of sturdy plastic, built well, and the cutting mechanism is made of metal, fastened to the plastic handle to allow rotation for easy trimming of nails with either. Left or right-handed operation. The blades are sharp and cut crisply. The handle is easy to hold and has a substantial, solid feel when using. CON- There is a small file that hides away in the handle of one of the cutters, but it is not very secure and will most likely become lost at some point. There is, however a small hole to add a string to help keep it tied to the clipper if needed. OVERALL — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I only wanted the large size for toenails. I am not especially large, 6’ 2”, 200 pounds, size 14 shoe. The stool is hopeless for large feet and large toenails. It does not cut, the handles bend, and if you keep a pressure the items self-destructs. The metal cutter is held to the plastic handles by a small plastic piece like a rivet. This is not much thicker than a pencil lead. If you try to cut a large toenail the top breaks off of the plastic rivet holding the assembly together and you end up with multiple small pieces in your hand. The worst part is not that it breaks apart and becomes useless, the worst part is that it doesn’t cut large toenails. Also the metal cutter swiveling feature looks attractive, but it is much too loose because of the construction of all the plastic parts, so it is almost impossible to keep it at one angle. I would definitely tell adult men of any size to forget this product. I took a picture of all the broken parts, but I was unwilling to give any large company access to my phone. They’re out to be a better way to copy a photo into the app, without allowing Amazon access. I would give this product less than one star if I could, as I found it completely useless. I bought it because it got a lot of high ratings, but this must’ve been from small people. To cut toenails on larger men’s feet you definitely must start with an all metal tool. The stool is 90% plastic and held together by a very weak plastic piece, and cannot be strong. If the company will send me a pre-addressed pre-stamped package I will return them the bits and pieces so they can engineer a better product. At present their advertising is deceptive.

This clipper is amazing, I have been unable to cut my toenails for decades since I got too old and stiff to bend enough to reach my toes at the proper angle. I had to pay to have them clipped. I decided to try this and I was flabbergasted. It is incredibly easy to use and provides the kind of clipping that I had to pay for at the same price that this set costs. It isn't clear but there are TWO clippers: One smaller for fingernails and one larger for toenails. You can't possibly go wrong with this.

Trés bien d'avoir 2 formats: j'utilise le petit pour les doigts et le grand pour les orteils plus "coriaces". Très satisfait.
