I got an XL for this since I thought it would fit like a normal unisex hoodie would.It's a slimmer fit for sure, even in the length so keep that in mind.My dog is about 5 lbs and she weighed it down a bit, but not to the point that the sweater choked me.Overall, it is very cute for some pictures and to carry around a very small, calm dog.Just keep in mind that it runs very small.It's also pretty thin, which I wasn't expecting.I actually expected one of those thick and fluffy sweaters.

I bought this for my daughter who has clingy cats and joked about needing one. Surprise! She loves it. I ordered 2 sizes up as recommended and it fits well.

I got a 2x because I wanted plenty of room in the pouch and for it not to be too tight. So, I sized up one. My cat is 15 and has kidney disease and has gotten even more needy and wont leave my side. Since she likes to sit so high up on me near my neck, I thought if I got this, her back legs would naturally fall inside the pouch and she would end up liking it. She immediately did. It's not thick, if that's what you are looking for. I appreciate it isn't, since I have a cat on me and would overheat with it being too thick. Glad I got it, she likes being wrapped up or hidden too, so I think she will enjoy this. Only negative is I wish the opening was a bit lower

I wear a D cup and the opening of the pouch is across the chest so if you have large boobs/chest, size up. Other than that, the quality was good. the ears on the hood flop down but its still cute and I can fit my 12lb shih tzu in the pocket but its a snug fit because I should have gotten a large or XL instead of a medium. Without my dog in the pouch, the sweat fits perfect. Here are my measurements for reference: 40" chest, 33 inch waist. I'm also about 5'3 and the sweater is long enough not to rise up but does not cover my butt. I'm happy with the purchase. I paid $17.99 with free shipping since I have a Prime Amazon membership.

We have a smaller dog (15 lbs) that loves to be held. Fits in the pocket just fine. Shirt runs small. This is not a sweatshirt. Pet pocket is removable so you can thoroughly wash it.

I ordered a 2XL because I have medium sized bunnies and figured they would fit comfortably in the pouch. The bunnies don’t fit well…the thumb slits are just cuts in the fabric and I can’t fit my thumbs through them. What I thought would be sweatshirt material is actually a very thin nylon? material with no stretch to it at all. This was a waste of money considering it won’t keep me warm and I can’t put bunnies in the pouch without squishing them.

I got a 3Xl and it fit like it should. My cat enjoys it but won’t fully go in yet unless I put her in there. It’s warm, soft, and feels great to lounge in or wear just as a hoodie outside my home. Only thing I didn’t like was the thumb holes on the sleeve thing. My thumbs were too fat for the holes so I had to use a seam tool to open the holes a bit to fit my thumbs. Other than that I love the hoodie and recommend to all women who want to snuggle their babies :)
