Love! The detachable flange was able to fit the medela symphony pump my hospital had for pumping and then it fit my spectra at home!

Fits my Spectra S2 perfectly and does not leak. I like that it comes with a set of duckbill valves as well. Its always nice to have an extra set so when one loses its suction I don't have to rush out to the store to grab a new one. It is nice that it can come apart to slide into my pumping bra since some pumping bras don't allow you to slide the entire flange in. Very versatile in that aspect. Overall it is as it was described by the seller. Nice quality for a nice price. Especially since it is hard to find a comfortable flange for 19mm. Works great! No complaints here!

The flange head piece is compatible with both my Spectra electric pump and my Medela manual hand pump, which makes these flanges very much worthwhile. The pieces are very easy to put together and overall very easy to clean. The fact that they come in various specific sizes is extremely helpful. These flanges are very effective at removing milk.

Size was perfect and fits the spectra bottles. I love that the flange pieces are detachable and easy to clean. I don’t know if that affected the suction but I had to increase the level to get my milk going faster.

These fit my spectra pump perfectly, and I found no issues with their use. Strong recommend.

Didn’t like the style of these when I received them so I returned them before using, so can’t comment on function, but prefer preferred the Pano style

These flanges are great, however, I don’t like the fact they stick a good five inches away from your body. This makes it extremely hard to maneuver around or get comfortable if your someone who doesn’t just sit and pump. I enjoy trying to use my time pumping to catch a quick nap and these make it extremely hard to lean up against something or cover up with a blanket because they stick out so far. Also the angle at which the milk goes from flange to bottle is not steep at all. I get decent amount of milk pooling right at the nipple spot. These problems I foresee happening from being small chested. I’m think maybe if you have larger breasts that have more movement to them, these potentially wouldn’t be problems.

Works well and is compatible with spectra

Having issues with Maymom quality. The white duck bill valve was already partially open. Previous orders also had issues. Although one good thing is their pink duck bill valves work very well and were included as a bonus in one kit I ordered.
