My first time using fondant for decorating. it worked great. it was easy to roll out nice and thin. It molded easily over my forms, worked with fingers and tools. I used a little water to smooth out the seams and rough patches. Nice satin finish and it tastes good, too! Nicely packaged in a plastic bag and shipped in a plastic bucket. I highly recommend it, because I don't have the tools or experience to make my own fondant

This was my first attempt at using fondant. I was a little nervous about it because it always looked difficult. I had to figure it out for our grandson's birthday cake for his party. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.

Really nice flavor and coverage, not tough or thin.

I don’t know if I’m qualified to even write a review as this was only my second time using fondant. The first was with Wilton fondant and man was that thing hard to knead, I could feel the cabinets shaking as I maneuvered it around the counter. This satin ice fondant came out already soft and pliable, I almost felt useless kneading it. Now here’s where I think it was just user error. I live in a high temperature, high humidity climate, and didn’t do much research on fondant. Apparently I was just asking for disaster. After rolling out the fondant, she was beautiful and a soft matte texture. But as soon as I layered it on my crumb coated cake, she started looking like a glazed donut, texture became sticky, I wasn’t able to use my fondant smoother. The air bubbles wouldn’t stop appearing, the corners were looking like dry leather, it was pure chaos and panic. After a lot of bubble popping and crack filling, I was able to get it from the pathetic mess in the first photo to semi-presentable in the second photo (thank god my friend wanted flowers). Not sure what I could’ve done to make it look like everyone else’s fondant cake, except maybe move to a different state, but I would probably use this again. Maybe not for covering an entire cake, but just for molding
