Great little grill with no smoke.

The product works as described the only problem it takes a long time to cook, you need to wait a bit to eat your meat. But overall a nice product

With quarantine/shelter in place, I haven't been able to go out to a KBBQ restaurant but still crave KBBQ. I've been hesitant to make any at home because of the smell (we used to live in a studio) and didn't want the smell of meat to be in the air and walls for days after. This is very innovative because you can cook KBBQ at home but without the smell. How it works is there is a smoke fan button that you press that magically sucks the smoke so there's no smoke that goes into your house. The grill was easy to assemble and use and it cooked our bulgogi and pork belly perfectly. Cleaning was also pretty easy as the meat remnants basically slid off the grill and since the parts are removable I didn't have any issues with clean up. If you want to continue to cook KBBQ at home and want to avoid any meat smells, definitely try this grill out.

Didn't like that when we plug it in it blew the beakers

Great technology but the heat is so weak even at its max, it takes super long to cook your meat! Prepare your meals to take long. It would have been perfect if it had more power and if it was raise to clean.

No smoke.perfect grilling.takes time. 40 minutes whole chicken. Cleaning takes time. 5 pieces to disassemble,clean and reassemble.drain water/oil pan and store in dust cover(supplied). Quality construction.good manual.want good indoor grilled food? You will have to invest time and effort. Yum!!!

The best electric grill I have used! All features outstanding from ease of use to clean-up. The grilling plate heats evenly with accurate temperature control provide by the electric element beneath. Customer support friendy and supportive.
