I've used it a few time now and it has worked great so far. Cuts soap nicely, just go down slow and steady in order to get the perfect straight cut. Very easy to clean, I run it under hot water and use a wash cloth. It was a little pricey but for me it was worth it. I have sliced 6 loafs of soap so far and no issues.

What’s not to like? Came quickly , was able to cut a too soft soap into perfect uniform slices very easily. So happy I got this soap cutter, My wooden guillotine cutter is useless now. So easy to use and looks beautiful, easy cleanup and a couple of spare wires are included! You won’t regret it i’d you can’t spend a lot of money for a pro one, this one is great.

Don’t waste your money! I read the horrible reviews beforehand, but they all seemed to be for the soap cutter (but I purchased the soap slab splitter). I thought I’d take a chance on this. What a waste of time. Initially I had hope because it was packaged well, came with extra wires, etc. That happiness was short lived, because of its design flaw. It gives instructions on adjusting the height on the wire, BUT you cannot turn the wingnut far enough to loosen the wire because it’s too close to the acrylic. I’m trying to turn the wingnut, I stabbed my thumb on the end of the wire “conveniently” located exactly where your thumb goes. The only way I could make this work is to leave it at the setting it’s on or replace the wire in a setting I’d like. That, however, defeats the purpose of purchasing an adjustable slab cutter! I could just build my own if I don’t want the adjustable feature! Absolutely ridiculous!

Easy to use. Excellent for cut my saponified soaps. Before I always used the cutter but was very difficult.

Was able to cut my fresh made soaps without a problem. I was a little worried the wire was not going to pass all the way through and would leave a jagged ridge as it did not seem to go far enough below the soap loaf.. but after cutting the first loaf, I found that was simply not the case. The measuring block is a great little tool that locks into place real easy... allowing to make perfect cuts every time.

I really enjoyed this product , it’s a great beginners soap cutter , it came with 2-3 replacement wires for the cutter which was a bonus . Since it’s acrylic it was easy to clean the soap , I sprayed some rubbing alcohol and used paper towels . I’ve cut about 4 batches of soap and have no issues so far !

THIS REVIEW IS FOR TWO ITEMS BECAUSE I’M NOT ABLE TO REVIEW THEM INDIVIDUALLY. The slab cutter is great and I would recommend it to anyone. It’s worth the money and I love it. So 5 ⭐️’s. However, I have to drop the rating to 2 stars because the loaf cutter isn’t made to cut with precision. The handle where the wire is located doesn’t come down in the right place making for unevenly cut bars of soap. The handle is wobbly at best and is definitely not worth the money. I’ve ordered Nicole products before and have never had a problem but this cutter was almost $100 and it’s worthless. So 0 ⭐️’s.

First, I have to say the customer service is great. They are easy to reach, and respond quick even with the time difference. My order arrived months late, but I was refunded the entire purchase amount. I ordered this soap cutter because it was a Prime listing, so I assumed it was in North America and the delivery would be fairy quick, but the item was in China, so it was abount 4 months arriving. As for the cutter, it is surprisingly great! It was packaged so that it wouldn't get damaged on it's long journey. No scratches, cracks, or broken parts at all. It was easy to assemble. There were no instructions provided, but I was able to easily see how to get everything attached. It came with 3 spare cutting wires. I have been using it quite frequently as I am getting ready for the upcoming holiday season and have many soaps to be cut, and so far, it is holding up to the task. As long as you apply steady even pressure on the cutter, and don't rush, you shouldn't have any issues at all. I find the cutter to be quite sturdy, and was surprised at it's weight. There is no sliding around on your work surface, or bending and twisting. It is very solid. It can cut fairly large bars, even higher top soaps. You can adjust your bar size up to 4.5 cm. Clean up is super easy. I just spray it with alcohol and wipe everything. I would certainly recommend this cutter to any hobby soap maker, or someone with small production.

Once set up to your desired height it works very well. It’s not as easy to change the heights of the wire as hoped - but I’ll get use to it I’m sure 😁

I’ve had a little trouble adjusting the wire but with patience it works and now I’m able to get perfect results with each cut

I found it quite expensive for what it is, but I could not find a cheaper version anywhere else. It is very good and easy to use.
