Awesome straightener tool
I love this tool and bought another one in case I break the one I always have plugged in and ready to turn on! If you have a bob haircut and want it to hang straight to the sides of your face…this is your tool. Easy to use and straightens my chronic wavy hair.

It doesn't work 😞
I used it when I first received it. A month later it doesn't work. The light is on but never gets hot. It doesn't even straighten like the video.

To hot 🔥 to handle
Too hot to hold during use. You have to hold them to apply the pressure needed to distribute the heat but there was no place to hold them

Amazing result w/ 1-2 passes but improvements can help
Works quite well. We own several different types and this works the best with 1-2 passes. I did my kids hair which is dense & length is to typical bra line on your back. But it lost a star cuz 1) it is easy to burn finger w/ that, too tiny, holder at the top part (& also burn the person's scalp a bit) & 2) there is a brand (T^mo) with the cool air blowing that locks in your curl that I think might be a healthier choice. But as just a "basic" flat iron, it is the best I've ever purchased.

Tujiang Flat Iron is as advertised.
I liked the product is as advertised and all of the descriptions are as stated. I also like the ease in using the flat iron as well as the handle. I have not found a lock feature on this flat iron.

I am very happy with this product! I just used it on my daughter's hair, and it delivers! My daughter's hair is shiny, smooth, straight and most of all beautiful! I am very happy that I purchased this!

The product didn’t meet my expectations at all, the handles are not comfortable to hold the item, and it pulls my hair. I don’t like this product.

It's false information. There is nowhere a place to put water. This is not a iron steam air. I'm really disappointed. I'll ask a refund
