Very happy but it could be made better and the size is not for most
I am so happy this was purchased. My husband is a big man with really big and wide feet. Previously he had a smaller width sock aid that was very well made and worked well. However, not only did he need to put powder on his feet (to make it slide easily) but it was too tight going past his ankle which hurt and irritated that ankle. Well, this one is 5" wide, probably too wide for most normal sized people. This new wide 5" sock aid glides over his foot with no powder and does not hurt and irritate his ankle. I will say tho, that it is not well made like the other. The rope came out of the foam handles when pulling and the rope is also a little stretchy. We purchased better rope and something to use for handles and put them on the plastic form. It works well now... I just wish that it could have been better made, that is the reason why only 4 stars.

Very wide, not good for compression socks
Like some, I found this difficult to put the compression socks on, but it did work for me. The "normal" sized one was too narrow for my feet. My main complaint is the stick on foam piece that's supposed to guide the socks up your calf needs an upgrade, as it's crumbling away after a few days. I wonder if they make a replacement for that?

A must-have for getting dressed
This item literally changed the simple function of putting on socks. I am handicapped - with large feet- and this item has totally met that need.

Piece of ca*rp.
If there was a zero rating i'd use it. This is far too stiff to be useful and too wide. The foam sticker is too thin. The sock does not come up the leg but falls short of the heel. Piece of cr*p.
