Perfect size for hitting the streets during civil unrest... and eco-friendly, as it's reusable to change the message. I do like the compact size and the fact that the marker attaches via a clip. I suppose that even when the included marker runs out of ink, the clip will accommodate any smaller dry erase marker.My board came with a chip / ding, possibly from the Amazon shipping, but it's just cosmetic.

I'm currently doing online school and was given a terrible white board from my university to use for homework and tests. It stained so quickly and became pretty much unusable. So I decided to get this one because of the great reviews. Well the Amazon reviewers had it right. This white board it awesome. It's really hard and sturdy and so far does not show any signs of staining. I love that it is double sided. I bought fine tip Expo pens and they work great with it. I also have an eraser from another while board that I use. Seriously....it cleans up so well and all I've had to do is wipe it off. I have not used cleaner or water or anything. I would totally recommend this product.

On the positive side, this item is sturdy. Otherwise, this was a mistake purchase. Here is why:Any markings you make wtih the dry erase marker provided wipe off accidentally and extremely easily. This may be with the touch of a finger, swipe of papers, or when papers are placed on top of the board - accidentally or not. Even for temporary illustration or lists -this doesn't work.As far as user 'convenience' - there is a rubber holder for the dry erase marker that comes with the board. It is about impossible to insert the marker back into this holder - after initially removing it.As returning this item is more trouble than my time to do so, it goes in the trash.

Because they are NOT magnetic, I am returning them without attempting to write or erase on the boards.

This is a small yet very practical dry erase board. There is a marker which is securely attached at the top of the board which is very convenient. It writes very smoothly on the board. The board is double sided, one side is plain and the other side has lines. I use the side with lines to teach my niece her letters/numbers and also when writing my grocery list. The plain side I use for notes, reminders and telephone numbers. I use a soft dry towel or paper towel to clean it and it wipes off very easily. It would be nice if had something on it that would allow you to hang it up, that is the only con.

I love this board!! It easily erases and doesn’t leave behind much residue. Also, the pen doesn’t leave any permanent marks on the board like other brands do. I just use a dry paper towel to clean it with. I use the lined side during the school year and we use the other side in the summer as a message board. My kids love to leave inspirational messages on it and fight over whose week it is. I highly recommend it. If you don’t have kids, just use it as a message board or write your store list on it. Portable, convenient & great quality!!

Reminds me of a "glossy enameled" heavy duty chalkboard slate ... this is the one to buyI purchased a single board from two different companies.I wanted to purchase something made in USA, but I didn't see any options to purchase a single board.ProsThis one is thick, non-flexible the coating on both sides is very glossy and the surface itself is extremally hard and enamel like. Extremely easy to clean with a cloth.ConsThe grid side does appear to be screen printed on top of the surface. (Therefore, the grid will come off if scrubbed or strong cleaning chemical is used.) Also, I do imagine that this will chip if dropped, but I'm OK with that.

We’ve been using this for 3 weeks now for remote learning with our child in elementary. I like that there are two sides and while my child uses the white side almost exclusively during her remote classes, I appreciate the lined side for when we work one-on-one so she gets practice writing her numbers and letters on lines and can practice writing them properly. The pen is amazing. If this company just sold the pens I would buy a pack. Thick, dark, black ink that erases well. Much better than Expo markers. My child has already slightly ripped the plastic pen holder on top, but in general she keeps her pen in a pencil cup. If you wanted to keep the pen with the board an easier route might be to tie the pen to the pen holder with a string (before it tears).

Purchased this to practice printing and drawing with my children. Marker runs out, but can always purchase another one.

This dry erase board is very sturdy and a great quality for the price My seven year old son uses one side for drawing and the other side for practicing his handwriting skills.

There is a two inches deep scratch on the surface and this board is not eligible to return.
