My 12 yo son has had issues with occasional heel and knee pain as he grows and we have tried a couple of other inserts. While they have helped with the pain, he did not like how his foot felt in his cleats because of the extra heel height from the inserts. These inserts are comfortable for his feet, have great arch support and a nice heel cup without making his foot rise up in his cleats.
