Should be great for cooking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ RED PALM Skin/Hair Usage for Me! *by ~***~ on June 1, 2025* A quality oil that I’ll be using for hair/skin care only. It’s very pure in potency, so I suggest doing a SKIN PATCH TEST prior to face/skin use. It’s very emollient and fast absorbing however too much applied to my face caused some reaction but I know for me it’s due to it being high in antioxidants like Vita E.. as I tried another pure version and got the same result soo I have to use it sparingly on face but besides that it a wonderful skincare product! Hands, knees, elbows and toes + hair for me! Also, when thoroughly rubbed in I don’t experience any residual staining..as some have suggested. A little goes a long way so use it intently and wisely. ;) Packaging was top notch tight bubble wrap with no defects of breakage or leakage! 4 ounce size as indicated. Various sizes are clearly offered so if people read there’s no surprise lies to convey in reviews.
