I use Beachbody on Demand for my at home workouts which is fantastic. I started 80 day obsession a week ago and found the band's I have for the workout twist and slip a lot! So ordered these. They are fabulous! I love them! Makes my workout go much smoother, more time working out, less time fighting with bands lol!I do still use the rubber bands for exercises that require pushing and pulling (hands, wrists, feet and ankles) as these are wide and have less give to them. These bands are a need for any workouts using bands around your upper legs, thighs.

Much wider and more comfortable than their rubber counterparts. The three resistances are well spaced, and they even have grippy bits on the inside to make sure they don't slip. Over-all a massive improvement from the basic rubber ones.

They are very “heavy” or tight? I’m used to the regular resistance bands that even the heavy one is easy to stretch but these are harder to stretch. They stay in place though! Also they come smelling very badly of vinegar. That wasn’t great.Over all I can’t say I like these too much more than my regular resistance bands. These are better for legs because they don’t slip or fold.

I want to give a 5 star but the bands go from very low resistance to a little more resistance to oh my god this is going to cause joint damage resistance. I would have benefitted from a better middle grade resistance so that I could have worked up to the highest resistance. Otherwise the material is obviously durable

These bands are just perfect! Received these bands super quick and was immediately impressed with the packaging - they come in a clear, zip, high quality carry case to protect them. Inside there is the three bands and also an exercise book. The bands are three strength levels. I absolutely love these bands, I love how they stay in place how they don't fall down or roll. Fabric is soft and strong without any smell. Shipping was fast . I will order more for my girlfriends, sure they will love it!

These were just ok to me. I took the pic by a 16 inch laptop just to show the size. I’ve used bands lots of times. I would put these in the lower level or maybe mid level of bands. The turquoise one has the best stretch but not really what I was looking for. The other 2 hasn’t stretch at all and really are a waste. I did give it 3 starts because These are ok beginner bands. Especially during the pandemic where it was hard to come across any workout supplies.

I am size 10-12 in pants (curvy fit) and these bands fit well for me. I am a beginner and I started from "light" one and it has good resistance for me, I would not want it to be neither looser nor tighter. Good value for the price.

Got these bands in my first time eve using a product like this. They work great, they don’t slip or fold down while exercising. They are a good fit, I have thicker thighs but they have good stretch. They every come with a mess bag, little workout guide. Good price for what your getting.

Wow! Si vous vous demandez quoi acheter comme élastiques ne cherchez plus! J’avais acheté un autre kit qui avait 6-7 résistances différentes mais étaient beaucoup plus minces. Ils passaient leur temps à rouler dans arrêt en plus de rentrer dans la peau, j’étais incapable de faire des exercices nécessitant de l’avoir autour des cuisses par exemple, tellement c’était désagréable. Avec ceux là c’est à l’opposé! Hyper confortables, doux pour la peau, ne roulent pas et restent bien en place. Le seul point négatif est que j’aurais aimé plus de bandes que 3 pour plus de niveaux de difficulté différents mais sinon je suis vraiment très heureuse de mon achat, je recommande !

I ordered these resistance bands for home workouts. I did not expect to get such a high quality! They realy are professional and super robust.The thikness of the bands is impressive, they feel super solid. They are made of a material that feels soft like whool, but is expandable.Inside it there are rubber bands to avoid slipping. They work great and do not tear the skin. The exercise bands are EXTRA confortable to use!

These are very well made high quality resistance bands. They dont curl up like other bands. The material is thick, and the elastic is quality and reliable. They also provide true resistance that you can feel. Sometimes bands sold as a set dont feel much different from each other but each of these clearly feels like a different level of resistance. The green and purple bands are great for your daily training but the Black one is truly a heavy resistance and adds a real challenge to your workout if you want to make it a bit tougher. The price is great too because what you pay for 3 is what some retailers sell one band for.My only change would be the storage bag. All 3 bands don't seem to fit in the little net bag easily. It took some maneuvering to get them all to fit so I would have liked the storage bag to be a bit bigger. BUT since the core reason for buying the bands is met I still give 5 stars.

I have never owned any of these bands before so I have nothing to compare them to. Basically, they are exacty as advertised. I used them today. I thought the first level was going to be too easy, but haha, I was mistaken. Pretty challenging for me who is used to doing squats and lunges etc but not with bands. I'll be at the first level for a bit. They are sturdy and did not seem to hurt me or my leggings, at least not after one use. I am very happy with them for the price.

These are great!! I'm a big guy and these can definitely stand the abuse I give it. I have found more definition in my legs and butt from using these bands and there are so many things you can do with it. They feel top quality and they come in a mesh carrying case. I'm very happy with this purchase.
