Gourmet Getaway Neoprene Lunch Bag - Celestial Blue

This bag fits so much in it. I was able to fit an omie box, juice box, a pack of goldfish, a chocolate chip muffin & a cheese stick with ease. My son used it for an entire school year and never had any problems. The zipper is super sturdy and the bag machine washes well. Air dry. I ironed on his name and the material allowed it to adhere well also.Its perfect.

I’m buying another one and the only reason is because the zipper handle broke off. The bag itself is still perfectly fine. It’s small but stretches to fit larger things, it collapses to go in a backpack like it’s nothing, and it keeps things cold enough. I love this thing.

Since my younger school years, I've learned that lunch boxes are so not cool. With that being said, I wanted an acceptable carrier for my lunch that I bring to work every day without feeling like a nerd. When I went to several stores nearby to browse lunch boxes, they were all super huge and bulky and ugly and had a million pockets and ice pack contraptions--I didn't need any of that. I wanted something nice and simple. I saw a couple of people at work with these neoprene bags, and I decided to check on here and found that there are so many nice color options! This is one of the very few lunch bags that look the least like a traditional boring lunch box, and I dig it. I chose the lush flower print, and it looks just like the picture. The colors are vibrant, the stitching is sturdy, and the material is thick so I don't have to worry about spills. There's absolutely no pockets (which I guess could be a con for some people, but that was what I was looking for). It's just a straight up bag with no extra bulk. I've already thrown it in the washing machine, and it held up nicely. It's like a wet suit! It holds so much without being huge. I can put a decently sized tupperware for my entree, an apple, utensils, and a bag of nuts or other munchies with no problem. I can fit more if I wanted to, but I don't feel the need to eat so much at work. I suppose if I had a child I could fit his or her food in here with my food. The material has a bit of a stretch, so I can fit oddly shaped items in there and still zip it up. It says insulation in the product description, but I don't really feel that it insulates well. If i put hot food in here, it's not necessarily going to keep it hot, though I haven't specifically tried that. I wouldn't buy this for the purpose of insulation. I suppose if I had to state a con, it would be that there's no sturdy bottom, so if you put heavy items in the bag, it sags a bit on both the bottom and the handles. That's more of an aesthetic issue rather than a functional one. I suppose if you hate plastic zippers, this would also bother you. The bag has a big plastic zipper that won't snag or get caught in things. Anyway, this is a pretty lunch bag that I don't feel lame carrying around in the open, and it's very functional and well made. I see myself using it for a long time. I can't believe how affordable it is for the quality!

Had one of these for over 15 years. Just bought a new one. Use a little ice pack in it to take my lunch.

Good size and keeps food temperature.at first it had a really strong smell but it is easy to wash and after cleaning it the smell completely disappeared.

Stretchy, light weight, practical

Needed a new lunch bag, and after looking very carefully at the options on amazon, ended up selecting this one. We already owned a few products from BUILT, and they've always held up great, and performed their functions well. This certainly does not dissapoint. The material is typical neoprene. You won't be able to fit a beachball in it, but it will stretch to fit just a little more in - if you get what I'm saying. You have a bit of wiggle room in terms of what you'll be able to fit in, but not a ton. Looks great, stitching is nice, zipper seems of very good quality. I guess the one thing ieft is - how much can I fit in this? Well, the dimensions are only so useful. I pack a daily lunch for my wife, so I'll describe what I put in so you can have an idea of what fits inside. I can fit inside (with a bit of stretching): 1) 5" X 5" X 3" salad tupperware container 2) 3" cube tupperware container for a sliced apple / fruit 3) banana 4) a few handfuls of cheerios in a ziplock back 5) 24 oz water bottle - upright So, you can fit a pretty complete snack + lunch in this thing, along with a beverage (although you can't zip it all the way). If you do put in a large waterbottle - you just put the waterbottle on the side where the zipper would close shut. Works just fine, since the bag is 90% shut with the bottle poking out the top. So far, no durability problems. This gets daily use for the past few months. So, unless we have any issues, clear 5 stars from us.

This is my third BUILT NY neoprene lunch tote. The first two were solid black versions and promptly stolen by family members never to be seen in my daily kit again. This one is by my family’s standard of style is an “uncool camo” design and I am very hopeful it too does not go missing. Performance is not 3-day-ice-Yeti-awesome. It’s more than sufficient to get me and my perishable lunch to work and the safety of workplace refrigeration. I pack this tote and jam it into my daily carry work ruck. When unloaded it folds nicely flat for the trek home. Pros: neoprene, folds, is pleated, easy to clean, contains spills well, fully zippered. Cons: family members tend to steal these. The zipper while substantial and well stitched is an odd bright robin ‘s egg blue on a fashion grade camo. It just looks weird… hopeful this touch of weird color will help keep it from family thieves. Great stuff. Fully recommend.

Tenía ganas de comprar un bolsa de este tipo para el almuerzo y me encanta! Es muy bonita, tal cual la foto, y la pillé a buen precio. Me gusta el material y el diseño tan original. Además es cómoda de llevar, de limpiar y tiene un buen tamaño, me cabe el almuerzo que quiera llevar. Contenta con esta compra!

Utilisé au quotidien, je le place ouvert au réfrigérateur avec mon repas préparé dedans tous les soirs. Conserve les articles frais toute la matinée. Peut-être plié vide et tient alors très peu de place.
