Switched to this product from Finechem. Unlike Finechem--which smells like vinyl and burns--this product has essentially no odor and *definitely* no chemical burn. That's five stars in my book!

Effective preservative for Orange Juice.
A quarter teaspoon dissolved in hot water and used when mixing up a half gallon of Orange Juice concentrate has stopped it from spoiling within the week. That's what I got this for, and it works perfectly, and it doesn't affect the taste of the juice.
