Cannot fault this product!
Obsessed with this product, I wish I had discovered it sooner! Feels so much better to use sustainable makeup pads rather than throwing away single use pads every day. You can tell the pads are high quality as they are super soft (which is great for me as I have very sensitive skin) and remove my makeup so well. Seriously impressed with how soft the pads remain even after being washed and i love the net washbag! The packaging is beautiful as well, looks lovely on my bathroom shelf. Price wise, these are very good value for money and will save me so much money in the long run now I won’t have to keep buying single use pads! I also love knowing that I’m creating much less waste and helping the planet. So impressed and really recommend.

Brilliant product, especially for the enviroment
Product came quckly and looked great at first look, presented well, and a side note, the laundry bag is at the bottom in case people have thought it isnt there, using the product was a breeze and a refreshing change from disposable wipes, great fit in the hand and soft, yet robust enough to remove all makeup, once used just tossed in the laundry bag and after a few were used, in the wash and came out like brand new, i would say once washed they worked better, best part is the enviromental issues these help to mitigate, helping the enviroment as well as getting am awsome product, planning on purchasing more for friends and family as gifts.

This product comes in a very attractive round bamboo box which looks really nice while keeping pads free from dust. The pads are very effective in removing makeup and having the net bag to put used ones into also very user friendly. Washed the pads in the netwith my general wash and pads ready for use again. I like this product because it works well, looks good but most importantly it isas described a ‘zero waste’ product so no more increasing landfills with make up remover pads which cannot be recycled! I would not hesitate in recommending this product. This is my second purchase as I am making them part of a gift to my daughter

This product is exactly as described! High quality bamboo pads with lots of attention detail and beautiful packaging making it stand out from other similar products. Also it does come with a little machine washable bag making it easy to wash the pads, so I am unsure why one review says otherwise. And the best thing is that they are a sustainable alternative producing zero waste unlike what I used to use so it is brilliant to know that you are supporting a company that values the environment! Not got a single bad word to say and I recommend anyone who doesn’t use a reusable, environmentally friendly way of removing their makeup to buy this product asap!

Great product! And very soft
Fantastic product! These pads are by far superior to other reusable pads I have tried - they're so soft on the skin whilst still being able to clean my face thoroughly.The pads are very high quality and still work well as good as new despite been through many washes, which is something I found other pads were not able to do.They are a perfect alternative to typical throwaway makeup pads and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to help make a more sustainable future.

Better than expected.
Thought I would give these a whirl to save money on cotton wool pads, which I seem to use quite a lot of. They are really soft but still remove makeup. Can be used for cleanser. Easy to wash and quick to dry. All round a good but. Oh and the bamboo pot they come in looks nice on the bathroom shelf.

Lovely product! Very pleased and would highly recommend.
I have just bought this product as a present for my mum- she loves that it's a zero waste product and that she can use it knowing that she isn't contributing in harming the environment. The packaging is really lovely, both practically and aesthetically, and the machine washable bag that comes with it will be really useful. Absolutely love these makeup pads !!
Bought these pads after looking for a more sustainable alternative to throwaway pads and now I'll never look back. The pads are so soft and gentle to my skin that I now look forward to taking my makeup off at night! Comes in a really cute box and packaging too. Definitely worth every penny!

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
Firstly, apply your favourite cleanser to your face, dampen the pads with warm water and gently massage the pads onto your skin in a circular motion to exfoliate your skin and remove any dead skin cells. Rinse twice so that your skin is feeling primed and ready to absorb your serum and moisturiser more effectively.
