Essential Boxing Mitts Curved Boxing Pads MMA Sparring Training Focus Mitts (Pair)

I purchased these to use with my epee students. I have tried using them a little with foil students, but I feel like they make more sense for epee. I will keep experimenting with foil. I was inspired by an instagram video advertising a pair of these sold by a fencing supplier in Europe. I couldn't find any which listed fencing as a sport they were good for and intended to just add some extra leather to these to make them work. They are well padded and have some durability so they can take several hits, but will eventually puncture. Even once the top layer punctures the padding can take several hits. I have not had one go through the mitt entirely. I wear my coaching glove comfortably while wearing the mitt. The puncture is easily patchable. You get two and they can be used with either hand. I have done several lessons with them, one of my assistant coaches and some of my students have given lessons using them. We have taken them to competitions for warm ups. They hold up well enough and they are a great tool for training quick successive hits to moving targets either randomly or in sequence. I have had A and B rated epee students request to do lessons using them despite the fact that the fast pace lesson which the mitts allow can be more exhausting than a conventional lesson.

I own a gym and they do what they say. They very comfortable to wear. And not to hard for my clients. Perfect suit.

The material is good quality. Feels comfortable and well padded. So easy to put on and off while staying fitted to my hand. Most definitely get your money's worth.

I don’t know a whole lot about boxing pads as these are my first pair. What I can say is that you do not feel the punches at all if you use them correctly! By using it correctly, that means you don’t hold it completely still as your partner might break your wrist or worse. For a beginner these do the job well! My only complain is that it does get sweaty as you go through the workout, but I think that’s normal. Good for working on your punches and more real life scenarios instead of shadow boxing or hitting the bag. Genuinely really happy I got these as my gym is closed cause of coronavirus lol.

These are the first pair of boxing pads I have ever bought. If you use them properly they get the job done. Inside they do get a little sweaty during the workout but I expected that, it helps if you wrap your hands before using them. It was great for working on your punches and it gets someone else involved in your workout as well. Over all Im very satisfied with this purchase, got them at the right time during of the whole pandemic.

i just got these last week. They are great, i didnt put durability as a 5 because i just got it. They seem like they will last, but wont know for a few months.
