Alexander + David Women’s Casual Linen Crops Culottes, Elastic Waistband, Wide Leg Capri Pant

I love these! I bought the medium in both the yellow and the olive. I am 5' 4" @130 pounds with a 39 inch hip and a 32 inch waist. This are unbelievably comfortable! The fabric is very nice. I wear a loose top that extends to my hips over these pants or a fitted tee with long sleeves or short that I tuck in and a blazer over. Dress up or down. What amazes me and I have already stated is the comfort and ease of movement in these pants! Cool and comfortable!

Got these today and the fit is a bit big but that’s what I was looking for. I normally wear a 6 to 8 and got the medium for the comfort factor. I am 5’6” and they are 2 inches above my ankles. The olive is a true olive color. They are well made with all seams finished off nicely. If they come in black I will order them!

I do have to say that these pants are very well made and I love the fabric. Very comfortable. However the color is not what I expected. It is duller and a shade browner than I was expecting based on the picture on amazon. Returning them. But if you like a more earthy tone I recommend these pants for you.

The waist is as big as the leg openings. These may work if you carry all your extra weight in the mid-section. They are not good for anyone who has a waist smaller than their hips.

I am 5'4" and weigh 117 and ordered my usual -- a size S (sometimes I get an xtra Small). I am a bit short waisted -- and have rather long legs. So if you are built like I am, do NOT order these culottes. You have to have a VERY long-waisted body for them to fit properly. The fabric and style and fit were great. Lovely color. At first I was thrilled. Then I realized that the crotch was literally at mid-thigh - halfway between my knees and you-know-where. As long as I stood in one place and did not move, they looked great. But as soon as I started walking, they looked ridiculous. I could have put several of my grandbaby's pampers in there and had lots of room left over.

These pants are so cute and comfy. I bought these in the natural color with the intention of dying them gray. I got them 2 days ago and haven’t worn them. Tonight I dyed them in my washing machine with Rit dye and when I took them out of the wash (30 mins) the seam on the crotch was ripped open. I’m so bummed :( I’ve dyed a ton of clothes with Rit and never had issues. I think it’s safe to say these are poorly made. I hope Amazon lets me return them.

These are so comfortable and attractive, my favorite new pants. I wear a size 10-12 and ordered the large which was too loose in the waist. The rise is very long so it can look a bit like the pants are falling off. I couldn't return because I needed them for an event, I plan to order another pair size Med.

I did so much research before buying these. When I received them, I was immediately impressed with the fabric and the quality of the pant. The width of the leg was perfect! HOWEVER, the elasticity of the waist is very limited. Too limited for my wide thighs. If I was more crafty, I would perhaps add a little zipper to get these on and off. But alas, I am not. And I must return these. =(
