Amazon Brand - Happy Belly Toasted Oats Cereal, 12 ounce (Pack of 1)

These are less expensive than Cheerios however Cheerios is GLUTEN FREE and these Happy Belly Toasted Oats are Not. I buy them due to the cost and they just increased the cost. However, even Walmarts‘ great value Toasted O’s is not gluten-free. The only reason I bring this up is if you are a diabetic, the gluten will skyrocket your numbers. If you’re a diabetic, you can’t eat, gluten and diabetic foods and gluten free foods are very expensive and I’ve been disabled for 25 years in a wheelchair and I’m just finding out why my numbers of being a diabetic have been so high and then when I ran out for three days of any of the cereal, my numbers were back to normal, which tells me that it’s the gluten and then I did my research (I have a 20+ year medical background) and gluten does affect people with diabetes in a bad wayso watch how much you eat of it and try not to eat as much gluten as you have been and there are medications, over-the-counter and prescription meds that can help with your gluten to get rid of it or at least some of it out of your body I’m not so sure what that all entails and would probably need to see a specialist, but I’m praying that there’s hope in eating, if you’ve never tried it, plant-based foods and I can tell you that I’ve ordered many kinds of plant-based foods and you cannot tell, it’s amazing. Everything is so expensive that nobody can afford any of this.Good luck and I will continue to buy this because I don’t have a choice Cheerios is like 3 to 4 times the cost of this or more for a smaller box.I wish they would not put a block that they have now to get only four boxes at a time because I’m on disability and I have no other way to pay for more than cereal and maybe bananas.It’s very sad that they’re now putting a limit on how many boxes or items we can buy of anything we want, it’s not right, especially if you’re disabled on long-term care in a wheelchair for 25 years and you’re a severe diabetic and over one hundred million pages of medical records.This company needs to help people like us. I would’ve ordered a case and not have to worry. I don’t know how many come in a case but I would’ve made it work because that’s pretty much all I eat, and it’s really sad that you can only get four boxes now, I was getting 10. It’s quite unfair to the public and to the people that are sick that need to be able to have something to eat and what you’re doing and limiting how many boxes is not right for people that are sick.🕊🕊🕊God BlessHappy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁 (I’m eating dry cereal)

Happy Belly toasted oat cereal tastes better than Cheerios.It is rare for a generic or "store brand" to beat the original item, but Amazon's version of toasted oats tastes better than any other I have tried. The Amazon version's "toasted" flavor is prominent, and there is no salty after-taste. Amazon oat cereal has less salt (sodium) content than Cheerios and the organic brand have. Excess salt should not be baked or mixed into any food product! Too much salt is unhealthy and causes a salty aftertaste. Bravo to Amazon for getting this right! Please do not discontinue or run out of this great product!

It’s all we can afford these days

I am a big fan of toasted oat cereal and this one is almost there but the taste just isn't quite what I like. I am so used to the main stream name brand flavor and that is what I was expecting in my mind. This falls short and actually tastes off to me. I will stick with the main stream name brand toasted oat cereal for now but this is a better value, just ultimately not for me.

This cereal is healthy, low in sugar, and delicious. I recommend it.

Very tasty. Healthy for a box cereal. If you like sugar coated sugar shockers with artificial rainbow colors you won't like this cereal. I will keep buying it.
