Could you please identify the proper elsa to purchase. even the packaging for nokk does not indicate which elsa when it says doll sold seperately.

The “toddler” size Elsa dolls. Not as in they’re the size of a toddler but the ones they call toddler size because they’re intended for toddlers and preschoolers because the accessories aren’t as small as barbies.

Can it be submerged in water?

No, there are batteries and lights. I wouldn’t recommend a kid play with this toy in the bath tub or pool.

Will the Elsa II doll fit with this horse?

Not sure what Elsa II doll you are referring to. Barbie doll size Elsa is what my granddaughter has riding this Spirit Horse. She loves it!
