Half Size Food Pan, Cold, Clear

I use these trays in my home kitchen for thawing meat in the fridge. It keeps any juices from contaminating other items in the fridge. It is large enough to hold a large pork shoulder or brisket.

Inside not smooth. There were little sharp points. I shaved them down with a razor blade so I do have a smooth surface

Initially I purchased this for a completely different non food related purpose but it is so solid I decided to put it to use as intended. Really nice size for cold food storage.
