Good size and display, easy set up
I've had trouble getting a phone that works. Had to return 2 other phones from other sellers due to malfunction. This one is refurbished from Amazon and works great. In very good condition, easy to set up, a breeze to use. I paid a little more but Amazon came through. Steering clear of other sellers for digital refurbished items.

Unable to work with a TracFone SIM
Got a TracFone migration kit from WalMart. When I tried to port my old TracFone number it kept saying something was invalid or ineligible. I thought the problem might be with my old phone. After online chat with a TracFone representative, it seems they were unable to use the IMEI of the new phone for some unknown reason. I don't know whether the new phone was locked, or if there was a problem with how number portability works. Returned item. Too bad, this looked like a nice phone.

16 GB with no option to move any apps to SD card.
This phone will not let you move apps to the Micro SD card. I didn't think the 16 GB storage was a big deal because I thought I could just move apps to a SD card. I may return it or I may keep it as a backup phone I have not decided which yet, but I do plan on buying a phone with more space in the not so distant future. If 16 GB is too small for you don't buy this phone.

Can’t use phone as it’s locked to network
Phone was suppose to be unlocked and came with a SIM and device locked to AT&T network.
