I found out the hard way. 10 inch is not by lying it down using a ruler. I bought for my 8 year old who is on the small side and they were small. I got him the 11 which were just right but no room for growth. So they could be good for s year... 11 won't be that huge on them and if they are playing ice hockey they are better big to protect their wrists from slashing.... **Q: Good for a 6 yr old? Fingertip to mid forearm is about 9”.... close enough? Is there an xtra small? Thanks!** A: these fit great for a 9 year old - average size **Q: Do they come in medium size?** A: Hi John,This item does come in a Junior Medium 11". Please search 12002F11 under "All" departments, on Amazon.com.Thank you **Q: Can you use it for ice hockey?** A: Yes, my boys used them for Mites hockey. ## Frequently Bought Together - Franklin Sports Kids Youth Hockey Gloves - Junior Gloves for Street + Roller Hockey - Padded Kids Glove Pair - Franklin Sports NHL Street Hockey Balls - No Bounce Outdoor Street + Roller Hockey Balls - Official Size for Youth + Adult Street Hockey - Assorted Colors - 1, 2, 3, and 15 Bulk Packs - Franklin Sports NHL Kids Street Hockey Stick Set - Includes (2) Youth Street Hockey Sticks + (1) Outdoor Roller Hockey Ball - Perfect Hockey Starter Set for Kids --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/1844270-nhl-kids-street-hockey-gloves](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/1844270-nhl-kids-street-hockey-gloves) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
