Packaged in a convenient 50g squeeze tube by EDC Plus, it offers stable, drip-free performance across a wide temperature range, making it ideal for applications like camera lenses, joysticks, and appliance repairs. ## Description Nyogel 767A is a silica thickened, synthetic hydrocarbon, heavy duty damping grease designed for mechanical and electromagnetically parts and components that require a heavy level of damping. Nyogel 767A deduces chattering, noise, free motion and quiets down loosely-fitting components while reducing metal to metal contact and wear. This grease is made in USA by Nye Lubricants Inc and is packed by EDC Plus into our own custom made 50g (1.76 oz) squeeze tubes with threaded caps. Manufacturing the tubes, labels, and packing the grease in house allows us to pass along significant savings and value to our customers, while still delivering fresh, high quality Nyogel 767A grease. Review: Good price. Product is as advertised. - If you’re buying this, it’s for a specific use. So I can say it works for the use it is designed for. Keep in mind that the service temperature for this only goes down to 32 F. If you’re using in colder environments select a different formulation. Review: In my opinion the absolute best dampening grease for high-end items that only need a small amount. - This is fantastic dampening grease. I bought it to rebuild a vintage Bogen-Manfrotto fluid action tripod head. The results were amazing it felt better than brand new, nice and smooth. The one thing I can say is this stuff is sticky, have rags and some sort of solvent available for cleanup. normal dish soap will not wash this stuff off your hands. This came highly recommended from a camera shop and I have no regrets. my only con at all, it is pretty hard to squeeze out of that tiny tube. I wish I had purchased a small jar instead. It takes such a small amount to coat things, so that is a plus. ## Features - Made by Nye Lubricants and packaged by EDC Plus, this is genuine Nyogel 767A—widely regarded as the gold standard for damping grease in precision and vibration-control applications. - Commonly used during appliance repair to help restore proper damping in washer suspension systems, reducing excessive shaking and vibration when applied correctly. - Designed to slow motion, stabilize movement, and absorb vibration. Unlike standard greases, Nyogel 767A provides smooth, consistent damping rather than reducing resistance. - Used in joystick mechanisms, camera lens focus rings, sliders, rotary knobs, and other assemblies where controlled, smooth resistance is essential. - Stays in place without dripping or spreading, maintaining damping performance over time across a wide range of temperatures and operating conditions. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B084H9CDLJ | | Best Sellers Rank | #33,936 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #194 in Industrial Lubricants | | Brand | EDC Plus | | Brand Name | EDC Plus | | Compatible Material | Metal | | Container Type | Tube | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 326 Reviews | | Item Form | Grease | | Item Weight | 50 g | | Manufacturer | EDC Plus | | Material | Grease | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Package Information | Tube | | Recommended Uses For Product | Mechanical,Manufacturing | | UPC | 637122150285 | | Unit Count | 1.76 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** EDC Plus - **Item Weight:** 50 g - **Material:** Grease - **Package Information:** Tube - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Mechanical,Manufacturing ## Images ![Nyogel 767A Synthetic Damping Grease Lubricant 50g Squeeze Tube by EDC Plus - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/511WaDEgEXL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this applicable for shock absorber/damper of LG washers?** A: Yes, it is perfect for that.
