I love this supplement. The price is just right. Very easy to take not hard swallow. This supplement helps you when you got a bloated tummy and need help with digestion. Take 1 if you got a mild bloated Take 2 if you got a Medium/Heavy bloated (after eating). Take with WATER NO SODA. It takes up to 15-30min to kick in so don't expect to work right away.
