Impressive smart lock, several ways to unlock it!
I installed this on a bedroom door, and it works pretty good for the most part. And this was one of the only smart locks I could find that fits in a door, replacing a regular door knob, without requiring extra holes to be drilled for a deadbolt lock. The fingerprint reader sometimes doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's because of the product itself or if it's because the way I press my finger on the reader, but it doesn't always recognize my fingerprints.Something that's really cool though is that I can use the NFC feature on my phone to unlock it just by putting my phone near the keypad (without having to turn on Bluetooth and use the app on my phone), so that's really cool because I almost always have my phone with me.It also comes with too little RFID tags that you can use if your phone doesn't have NFC. And of course you can turn on Bluetooth and use the app on your phone to unlock it that way, or you can type in the PIN that you set on the keypad, and it also has the ability to be locked and unlocked via voice using Google or Alexa if you also purchase a gateway device which you can get separately for less than 35 bucks. And of course, if all else fails, you can unlock it the old-fashioned way with the key that comes with it. So this smart lock is really cool! The one I ordered came with a defective latch unfortunately. The latch was a stuck in the open position, and I could not figure out anyway at all to make the latch be able to retract, so I couldn't install the first one that I ordered....I contacted the tech support team by reaching out to them on Instagram. (When I tried calling the toll free number, it always just went to voicemail after several rings, and I also never got a response via email when I sent an email to tech support.) The person that responded to my DMs on Instagram was really friendly and I let them know that the latch that shipped with mine was defective and I asked them if they could send me a new latch. They went above and beyond though, and instead of just sending me a new latch, they sent me a whole new Smart Lock kit, and the latch that came with the new one works perfectly! So once I found the right way to get a hold of tech support (via DM on Instagram), tech support was great.I would give this a five-star review, if the fingerprint reader worked accurately more often. Other than that, it's a great product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a Smart Lock on any of their interior doors.

Internal battery does not appear to be holding a charge. Which could be a good thing.....
Internal battery does not appear to be holding a charge. Which could be a good thing..... or could be a bad thing. Right now a dead battery seems like a higher level of security. I was incorrect I had the back side of the lock upside down and not towards the arrow which for some reason was causing the batteries not to power up the lock! It's needs a deadbolt lock. From the outside the knob feels a little loose like if I tried I could just rip it off and I'm not sure how secure the door would be if I did that how much trouble I'd have to go to to get inside . Also from the inside make sure that you don't forget to press the button my secure lock off button because if you forget and you shut the door then you can't get back inside. May have to go to home depot to purchase a square internal bolt lock.needs 4 635mm bolts and outside knob feels a little loose. May break off if i try hard. The latch needs to be cross compatible with other locks.(bolt locks) Needs to option to add fingerprint and password for higher security Should come with a usb typle c to micro usb to use your phone to power the device when you arrive. If the batteries are dead or if the heat kills the batteries using your phone to power up the lock maybe a bad idea because your cell phone provider may be obtaining your fingerprints and your admin password I know someone has been entering my residence while I'm gone and stealing stuff to let me know that they're able to get inside (security) Also power only to unlock to stop online intruders from using the app or Bluetooth or Hackers, fbi, homeland security, cia, Whitehouse, ATF, tmobile from using your app to gain access to your property. Needs 4 screws to make it more difficult to ripp off or break to gain access. Otherwise very impressed. Would be nice to install an app offline with no internet access that randomizes keys access via the app when you plug the phone into the lock to provide power and key access.

This Door Lock is the Best!
This door lock is one of the best door locks on the market. A friend tried to install this lock and was unsuccessful after an hour. I called a locksmith, he refused to install this door knob and tried to talk me into installing a Kwikset door knob. Because.... once this lock is installed, it is very difficult removing this door knob once the door closes...if it is not properly installed. Next, I asked my nephew, who can put anything together without reading the instructions. He had never seen this door knob before. He installed this door lock within 5 minutes and another 10 minutes to program. However, teaching me how to use the app took a bit longer. I am not computer savvy. I installed my door knobs on bedroom doors over a year--- and have had no issues so far. I like that there are several ways to unlock the doors. I prefer to use the thumb access. I just ordered my 4th door knob. This door knob is Awesome. Make sure you get someone to install it for you who knows what they are doing. Because if not.....the easy install will turn into a headache of an install. Once it is installed properly and you familiarize yourself with the app, you will Love this lock, especially the automatic locking feature, if you are sharing a house or an apt with roommates.

Love it
Love this lock I havn't had any issues with the finger print scanner at all, I love in the northeast and it is winter right now, the coolest I have tested it at has been 15 below 0 and no issues, the key tags work great too, I purchased a 10 pack of rfid tags on Amazon for 15 bucks and now have extra tags. The only thing about the lock that people may not like is the shape, is kinda big, the knurling def helps in grabbing ahold of it, but if you have tiny hands it could be cumbersome, BUT, most of these style locks are going to be larger to begin with. The finger print scanner really is pretty fast compared to anything else I have..... no keys to fumble with!
