I drink this at night to help me go to sleep, puts me right out.Taste is quite good, it’s got a little heat to due to the cayenne pepper. Mix with weather for low calorie, use 8oz hot milk and a square of cacao chocolate to make some pretty fine hot chocolate. 50 servings @ 5 calories/ serving. Good value. * can cause drowsiness

I’ve been using Bliss Booster for about two years now and I can’t say enough about it. I’ve tried making my own blend but it’s never the same. I use this in a blender to make my morning coffee ☕️ herb 🌿 drinks and it always adds the perfect 👌🏿 finishing touch. The flavor is on point with just a touch of heat. I love cacao bean flavor like an obsession. 🌰
